Which channel should I use?

Blocking fails with "could not resolve user_id". What should I check first?

Open any user profile once and reload x.com. The extension learns X's internal query parameters from that visit; without it, it cannot look up the numeric account id. If it still fails, send us the Log entry.

A run stopped partway through. Is that a bug?

Usually not. Each run stops at the per-run cap (50 by default), and it pauses and retries when X rate limits it. The Log tab shows which accounts went through and which failed.

Can I request a feature?

Yes. Tell us what you are trying to filter and why it is slipping through. Real spam examples are the most useful thing you can send us.

Do I need to share personal information?

No. We only need the details listed above. Please crop or blur anything private before sending screenshots.
