Using the extension

X Blocker is provided to help you use X's own Block feature faster and in bulk. By installing or using it you agree to these terms.

Your responsibility

You decide which accounts to block, and you are responsible for those decisions and for your own account. The extension acts through your signed-in session, so every block it performs is an action by you. Keyword and regex rules will sometimes match accounts you did not intend to block — review the candidate list before confirming, and use the log to undo anything you got wrong.

Platform limits and account risk

X limits how often its block endpoint can be called. Running far faster than a person would can result in rate limiting and, in extreme cases, X asking you to verify your account or temporarily restricting it. The default settings are deliberately conservative; if you raise them, you accept that risk. We do not promise that using the extension will keep your account free of restrictions.

Dependence on x.com

The extension relies on the internal endpoints that the x.com website uses, not on a public, documented API. X can change or remove those at any time, which may stop parts of the extension from working until it is updated.

No affiliation

This extension is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. "X" and "Twitter" are trademarks of their respective owners.

Provided as is

The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including blocks you did not intend and any action X takes on your account.
